paying ridiculous prices in advance to spend long periods of time in an uncomfortable situation, only to be told that your flight was cancelled and there is no refund - oh and by the way, let us sexually assault you or dose you with radiation before getting on and then steal your stuff and misplace your luggage, after throwing it down flights of stairs first.

the question should be: "What about air travel DOESN'T make people flip?"

and if you're particularly lucky, you get to have only the return flight cancelled with not enough funds to purchase a second ticket back home, so you end up stranded in some foreign country, draining your bank account, staying at shitty 3rd world country accommodations, while missing work and pissing off your boss and jeopardizing your job.

Ya! woohoo air travel! Come fly with us and then get stranded, bankrupt, fired, pissed off, molested and eventually kill yourself! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE??
