Spells and attack are not registering

I am lvl 30 witch. My spell ice spear and my wand attacks dont hit at all... i tried using fireball etc, none of my spells hit. I am trying to attack monsters in act 2 or 3, i dont do any damage.

even after reset still cant hit monsters. Spells look like they hit but no dmg is done at all. My other witch is fine. I also made a new archer and also is fine. pls help
