Uhm why? Atziri promise is enough

DPS is great, but i'm having a hard time sustaining life and mana with this build
against normal map bosses it's easy, bc full stack bv takes care of leech quite good with warlord's mark, but when i can't use vaal clarity for a boss, like izaro, i can't even facetank his autoattack at 10k es, am i doing something wrong?
