Energy Shield Vs Evasion Opinion

So, I'm new to making my own builds in PoE and I was hoping someone could offer some advice for whether to go evasion or energy shield for my Shadow Freeze Pulse build, thanks!

Short answer, energy
With nrg you kinda focus only on that.(and is relatively easy to get lots of) With evasion you usually need multiple layers of protection. | |

Okay, thank you! So if I focus on energy, should I go chaos inoculation? And is there a good benchmark to hit to know that I'm ready to do so?
