imo choose a different spot for first tattoo

Why so? Is it because of "what people will think"?
If yes - i have diabetes and i stab myself publicly with needle when needed, i think ill survive.
Or is it because of some other reason?

Tattoos are different than a common medical thing

Choose a meatier spot when getting first tattoo, you don't know how it feels

unless you are fat, squeezing a bear onto the inside forearm might be a squeeze

you should go to an actual tattoo artist, a reputable professional

they will tell you what works and what doesn't and give you advice on getting your first tattoo

i wouldn't get a tattoo upside down either
anything is everything

And for the unpopular opinion, I'll step in as your virtual, online father: don't get the tattoo. You'll regret it decades from now. ;-)

Easy solution, dont ruin your body, dont get a tattoo.

Thanks for the responses! Even for negative ones, it strengthens my resolve!

Thanks!

I had been to Tattoo artist with a picture, and he looked at my hands and advised me to do it on forearm, i wanted on other side, but he told me it will be "round".

My forearm is kinda "meaty".

It starts with 23 cm (19 cm at wrist) and ends with 29 cm (before the elbow).

But i forgot to ask him about "upside down" :D

Yes, the forearm is a nice flat canvas!
anything is everything
End result (bad quality picture tho)

Ummm... the angle of that bear's muzzle doesn't match the angle of the ears at the top.

That's one suspicious looking bear.

He's got that "careful, i know what you did last summer" look.

Peace,

It might be due inflamation of skin, it was done like 2 hrs before posting :D Also, rotating arms and stretching skin might be an issue.
