Looking for information on obtaining a beta key.

Basically what I would like to know is how exactly do you get one without having to beg for someone to give you one via a contest or something. Do you just get one after being registered for a certain amount of time or do you need to get one from someone that is playing? I don't know anyone that plays this game so that option isn't for me. I'd like to play this game and help test it. I've been playing diablo 2 for many years and am looking for something new. Thanks.

There is a timer on the main page the cycles every 5 minutes. you could have signed up today or 6 months ago it is a random pull.
