Is it possible to reduce the cooldown of Cast While Channelling?

Through a reduced duration gem? Or some other mechanic.
I like it with flameblast-CwC-Cold Snap-Prolif, but i noticed that apparently when you reach the final stage of flameblast, your CwC stops triggering. Last bumped on Dec 7, 2016, 9:44:37 AM

There is no Cooldown Reduction for triggers at the moment.
