[2.5] BHC Warchief Juggernaut - Super Budget Uber Lab Famer

Hey, im leveling with this build in hc breach and i wonder what jewls i should use. Also im pretty new to this game :)

Are you able to unlock your character tab on your profile to let us see your char's/tree/progress/and so on :)
Will start leveling this build, any advice for leveling it is welcome :)

Build seems to work nice, just did four 3 key uber runs on level 80/81 (BHC)
had some close calls but mainly because of my own fault.
Izaro's sword slash with SW&SH did like 10-25% dmg.
The barrage of green "fire balls" could hurt for more sometimes though.

So what is your crit chance? How often do you proc the bleeding?

Can't understand, how u get fortify if u can't attack with skills?
