Can I lose map drops in a shaped T10 (Mesa) without any T11 unlocked

Hi,
Basically, is the following scenario possible? Scenario: A Map drops, the tier is rolled, it rolls T12, I don't have any unlocked, so it doesn't drop. Does this happen? Or will the map be t10? Last bumped on Dec 5, 2016, 2:22:27 PM
