New Player build help (Mathil Fireball)

Heya,
I just swapped over to PoE from D3 for breach. Can you please look at my Breach Witch WUTUP and let me know what I'm doing wrong if anything. I'm trying to copy Mathil's fireball tree and I'm getting destroyed. Is this just a glass cannon type build till higher levels? Also I've been using firestorm because the charge time for fireblast takes forever... is that a bad move?

I made a summoner on normal a few days before breach started and that seemed WAY smoother to level. I was thinking of sticking it out with this build or making a summoner instead.
