I`m too stupid to understand leech. Halp?

So let`s say i have 500.000 DPS with a big aoe melee splash (which usually hits more than 10 enemies at once)

And i have

5% life leech

250% increased life leeched per second

and +15% of maximum life per second to maximum life leech rate


Question is, is this overcapped? If so, what should I drop while still staying capped.
