Esh's Visage and Shock theory build

So I had this theory http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Esh%27s_Visage would reflect shocks made by http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Hyaon%27s_Fury while having http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Maligaro%27s_Restraint equipped would make a continuous loop. My question is would having the Maligaro's reflect shocks to you and then reflect the shock back to enemies in a continuous loop because of Esh's visage? (you would be shocked but at the same time you're not shocked)

If it would work then having a http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cloak_of_Defiance and http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Mind_of_the_Council give you infinite mana and be able to take away 30% of damage with no cost
