Scorching Ray - Cast While Channelling - Firestorm

It derpily casts firestorm at end of Scorching Ray range instead of targeting mobs. As I recall, this mechanic should target mobs. As it is right now it is completely useless.

This has been fixed internally, sorry about this guys! I believe it should be out in one of the upcoming hotfixes.
