Where is the "reduced energy shield" map mod?

So 2 new map mods lower armor/block & evasion/dodge defensive values a lot, basically halving it. So where is the reduced energy shield mod? Not saying 50%less es, but at least 10% reduced or so. This is just another free pack size mod for ci players. Wtf has the balance team been doing for the past 3 months? It's really hard not calling them retards.. Or do they only play ci and don't wanna ruin their builds?

It should be at least 50% and it does not exist. The mods were all in the patch notes and announcements.

They should have added it and it should have been 20% less energy shield.

Nowhere, but I get monsters have x to avoid bleed/poison on every damn map mod, so nice stealth nerf to DoT. I guess when you don't want to further upset people, you just low key nerf.
