Can I have any explanation why?

Because Lightning Tendrils... Isn't a channeled Skill. It repeats a number of times. That's why it does allow Echo, unlike Channeling skills.

Lightning Tendrils SHOULD be a channeled skill. The casting behavior of this skill is just like that of blight, incinerate or few others labeled as channel minus the fact it has no "build up" or stacking debuff effect like the other channel skills. It can't be used with CoC or CoDT like other channel skills because of its "channeled" like behavior so why can't it be used with cast while channeling support? (Excluding the fact that it doesn't currently have the "channeled" tag, which it should) | |

yeah, tendrils is in a gap between normal and chanelled skills, I think it should be considered chanelled for all effects from next patch. or else let it be triggered.
