How do you get the power charges?!?

Neat thread, glad I read through it because I completely overlooked the point blank support gem for boss fights. I'm going to try that out now.

So i am playing your build atm, but i made a little twist.

Here's the idea:
Perfect form + purity of elements.
Reached 6.7k life, super high dmg and all. I dont move as fast as you do, but i dodge spells, have a lil bit more accuracy and more life.

Guys Which one is better to get first? Vulnerability on Gloves, 2 Additional Barrage Projectile or Dying Sun?! Thanks in Advance.

where do you put point blank in? does it have to be linked?

Someone please tell me how he get power charges? in all vídeos of bosses i see frenzy + power charges and maybe blood rage up, but in gear he dont use power charge gem...
