Help With A Build. Need Advices/Opinions

Hello! I am going for a Burning Arrow Raider which rely on flat fire dmg/high attack speed, life leech and high hp. Endgame gear I am aiming for Xoph's Nurture/Inception and Xoph'Ethula's Heart (Avatar of Fire) and Drillneck. Most of the other gear are going to be rare unless someone can suggests some other good uniques for this build. Here is the skill tree:

So I would like to hear opinions if there is anything I should change (passives/ascendancy etc.) or should I go for other weapons or items? I Would like to know too if this build is capable of doing high tier maps, uber lab and Atziri?
