Looks like you've changed to claws since you've asked this question. You don't have a single power charge on the tree which is massive. These are a huge boost in damage and the whole reason to pick Assassin. I'd recommend upgrading your Voidheart. Your other ring could use an upgrade too. Steel Rings or more resists would be better. Quality up your flasks. Use a Diamond Flask and a Lion's Roar. Abyssus is nice for damage but kills your energy shield and will make you die to reflect, so use at your own peril.

The only concern I have is your Anti-Freeze flask requires too many charges per use. Freeze is more common and dangerous than bleed, so I would put it on a flask with 10-20 charges per use. Your Voidheart has somewhat low Bleed chance. Other than that your gear is fairly solid. Move speed on the quicksilver will help shield charge speeds if you want some faster clear speed. In terms of gems the main upgrades are a 21 Discipline, quality Vulnerability, and quality Blood Rage.

As another suggestion that somebody else gave to me but I never tried... you could put PCOC on your shield charge instead of CWDT Firestorm but I think you'd want that on a 4L then.

Hi, currently running this build and i bought a rare dagger wanted to ask you guys, do you think its better than binos? I know its lacking in crit chance and multi, but has attack speed, so what do you guys think? is it better than binos, or i should keep rolling with the unique?

Something that costs 6+ exalts. You may even consider alteration crafting one if you have the funds. I don't really recommend doing that considering how difficult it is. Here's a rough baseline of the stats you want. You can go MUCH higher than this.

300 phys DPS (ignore ele dps), 1.7 aps, 7.7 crit
Make sure and get high APS you if you run Abyssus. Drop some pdps on the dagger if it's out of budget.

Examples:
Mathil's dagger from a year ago, 330 pdps. 1.9 aps, 7.87 crit
Loath Bane - mirror dagger, 530 pdps, 1.9 aps, 8.69 crit

You can always try asking streamers these sorts of questions directly.

EDIT: I've looked at the available daggers earlier and now after lunch... and all the cheap daggers disappeared or were relisted higher. A dual scourge respec including weapons is about 1.5ex. Cospri's 50c. Think about it.

I tried dual wielding with scourge, but my tooltip was bad couldnt pass 10K with buffs, flask etc. My crit was bad as well it was less than 60% i think, so i respeced in dagger again.Maybe i did something wrong or my gear is not good for scourge... Ty for the tips thou. Apreciate the help!

Tooltips are not always an accurate way to compare DPS. Try using a Doomfletch Prism and you'll see what I mean.

I have 66.8% crit chance with my golem and max power charges. A Diamond flask brings this to 89%. Tooltips don't include Diamond flask boosts. I can hit 10k tooltip with inc AOE and 20k with conc. This is with all charges up and Vaal Haste. You also have to consider that Scourge abuses the double dipping mechanics with poison through minion damage. Poison isn't shown on the tooltip. You can also drop quicksilver in the claws setup. This gives you the option to run Dying Sun, Sin's Rebirth, or Witchfire Brew and run Hatred with Enlighten 4.

What sells Scourge for me over a dagger is the 5.2% phys leech and 0.8% mana leech. This results in double the leech of the dagger build and allows you to run Hexproof maps safely. The extra leech lets you facetank things you otherwise would have to kite.
