Do we still get energy from within jewel even though its been nerfed?

What helm enchant should we be aiming for?

Well I dont know about all these people here saying that bino's should be upgraded end game...
Im pretty sure Lifting did all guardians with bino's.
To do the guardians with bino's you just have to have a 6L, its mandatory. Also you should get quality gems atleast for your blade flurry setup.
For more dmg against bosses i personally prefer using a wither totem setup since you can just melt bosses with it.

Also for people who complain about kiara's determination, yes i agree its risky compared to chayula/valyrium but it is more effective once you have enough dps to nuke anything. For proper use of Kiara's you need to have good flask management. So if you are a new player or just someone who panick spams flask, this is not for you (it requires a good knowledge of flask usage). But once you get the hang of it you can just boost your stats with a better amulet/ring than chayula/valyrium.

Try to boost all your flasks with glassblower's bauble and if u want you can go Alchemist in skilltree to further increase the effect and duration of your flasks (which I personally prefer aswell).

Nerfed yes, but still the best jewel for the Melding hybrid cluster. It used to be better than 6% ES nodes for 2 point jewel sockets, but not anymore. Now builds will take more ES % nodes instead of using jewels.

Binos definitely isn't the best dagger in terms of damage. The poison proliferation helps a ton in mapping, though.

He explains this in the guide. Just CTRL F on the first page and search for Deep Thoughts. I don't think you need Deep Thoughts if you use an Enlighten jewel.

I never said bino's is a good dmg dagger or anything alike. I just said you dont have to upgrade to a 5Ex+ Dagger. You can probably do the guardians still with bino's.
