Quad Curse Poison Occultist Cycloner

I have been planning out the second character I will make in the upcoming league.
(My first will be a IIQ/IIR to farm currency so I can afford the items for the second character.)

I rarely use Build Guides and generally come up with builds on my own.
This happens to be one of them. (However I would not be surprised if something similar was already done.)

I will be using daggers with my cyclone.
(Yes I realize they don't have the best range but I wanted to try it out with the increase in weapon range for 2.5)

1.) I would like to know if anyone can suggest some good daggers.
Would you also be so kind as to list the pros and cons of the daggers you suggest?

I am currently looking at both Bino's Kitchen Knife and Mark of the Doubting Knight. However I do realize that the damage may be a bit low. I love the bleed on Mark of the Doubting Knight, but find that the DPS on it may be a bit too low.

2.) I am a bit worried about not having enough accuracy at the moment, but don't see a easy way of getting enough without sacrificing a large number of passives
Any suggestions?

3.) Please feel free to post any additional build suggestions, comments or concerns. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Witch Skill Tree

Bandits
Normal - Passive
Cruel - +16% Physical Damage
Merciless - +1 Max Power Charge

Items
I am planning on using the following 3 items.
I have not yet planned out all the stats I am looking for the rest of my gear.
(Suggestions are welcome.)

1.) Helmet - Heretic's Veil

2.) Chest - Cospri's Will

3.) Ring - Doedre's Damning

Like I told the other guy, this forum is relatively inactive, and you have, in this case, quite a specific question :)

In my opinion, any knife you pick will work fine. Bino's, Mark of the Doubting Knight, a rare with high base physical damage, whatever.

It's usually very suitable for mechanics questions, like "if I have Cold to Fire conversion and Fire to Chaos conversion does my elemental damage bonus double dip?"

Those tend to get answered pretty quickly.

Ahh ok.
Is there a subforum in here that is better for build analysis or help?
