Reaper Spectral Throw MTX?

One of the few times I wish we could trade mtx or that they didn't do rng boxes. Usually I don't mind the boxes but most of the stuff in them this time around are pretty ugly/lame. Anyway, how often do things like this end up in the shop/what's the likelihood of this one ending up there?

Everything in the mystery boxes will be on sale in the shop. Usually they get added some time in the following league (so some time early in 2.5 probably)

yes, except something that was specified as exclusive to the boxes which IIRC was a black crystal hideout decoration (something you'd be sad if you got on your actual box)
