Weapon effect MTXs + The Scourge claw

Some weapon effect MTXs dont apply visual effects for The Scourge claw after recent patch (2.4.2.)
For example Carnage and Prophecy effects dont apply but Hydra effect does. Tried on both versions of game's client.





Please fix

I have the same problem here. However, i don't think it is not applying; i think something(?) with the Scourge is hiding the effect. For example, i tried my seraph weapon effect to test it, it doesn't seem to apply, but while moving, the seraph effect's feathers(?) are fluttering. Same goes to Cybil's Paw. Its effect is just too small.

This is still a thing, really disappointing when I got a weapon mtx just to find out that it does next to nothing on these lovely claws. Pls fix!

This was dated back for so long and yet it hasn't been fixed.
