New unique bow

You must be kidding me.. you love conjuring up nonsense don't ya. Well i am not going to waste my time arguing he/she said this that and Bla bla over it. Especially not when it's for everyone to see and you are just pulling bullshit which i am quite used to the types who can't argue/read doing so i know it's a waste of my time to explain to you any further. You all came in quite disrespectful acting like retards by putting him down like he didnt even have basic intelligence so i had to balance it out, nothing personal just did what i had to do for the sake of forum health, when i see this herd mentality taking over i don't have a choice.
I am the light of the morning and the shadow on the wall, I am nothing and I am all.

needs a "guiding" drawback, in my opinion.
the strength requirement isn't it, because you grab that anyway while working towards 2-handed nodes as either of the classes reaching those clusters - and classes like Shadow and Witch would not be able to use it.

an extremely slow attack speed and siege-ballista-like projectiles animation, comes to mind.
and instead of point blank, do the opposite - have reduced damage from close range and increasing with distance.

heavy artillery bow.

Ye but how long would u be able too keep ur distance from enemies with that slow attack speed.... they would be in ur face all the time...

I still think a charging up attack mechanic would be ideal for this type of strength bow build... stand still charge it up (like u charge a flmeblast) then unleash the projectile. With a % penalty to attack speed ofc.

It also work thematicly with what OP had in mind...the strong arher type :D

that would be fun with chain :))
agree. the charged shot is a great idea.
can be a level 1 unique skill this bow grants and gems supporting it, similarly to how Whispering Ice does it.

I actually wanted the Hydra Guardian's bow to do that, but it's just an overpowered DPS stick so yeah.

Oh that would be so good :)

Be more preciously about what damage ranges you would like the weapon to see.

Exact numbers and item balancing is GGG's busyness. I only suggest item design.

Its not an Unique bow if its just a yellow item with 2 keystones....
For an item to be Unique it must have something that u can't get anywhere else.

Built-in passives are absolutely optional minor design details. Item's core is utilization of 2H Melee passives and Str requirement.

With damage ranges I didn't meant exact min and max-values, I meant a rough suggestion on the values so I / we can better understand the focus of your idea. More speed and less single-hit damage? More damage and single-hit less speed?

And I start questioning myself is
"
Benefits from passives as Two Handed Melee Weapon
supposed to use only generic two-handed melee weapon passives but also the specific ones like (Whirling Barrier) or(Blunt Trauma)?

I thought about heavy-hit oriented style, so I've chosen a corresponding base type. But, as I said, it's up to GGG.

It is two handed melee bow. Only "Melee" and "Two Handed Melee". And all passives for normal bow.
