Requesting Advice On An Oro's Sacrifice Build

I came up with this myself, so I'm not sure if it's viable at all, but I have a question about the Emberwake ring: Is it worth using for applying multiple burns, with the 80% less damage modifier?
I'm using Sweep for packs and Double Strike for bosses. Once I have all the gear I'm planning on using, I'll have 77% chance to ignite.
