Help me pick my weapon.

I tried witch for fun, and it happened that it got more serious lately, and we stucked with each other. I have issue with choosing 2 wands out of 4.

These I use now:


but when I swap them with these 2, toolpit barely drops, and both of new wands still have free prefix:


Then again, toolpit lies sometimes. That's my first caster and I rly have no idea which 2 should I take. I think that for Arc these with casting speed would be the best, but they have worse everything else.
In case it's neccesary, char tab is open, there's just 1 lvld witch.

My guess is that these 2 with cast speed, but I'm not sure

P.S. Usualy I'd just craft that Spell dmg on both and checked them manualy, but lately I have no idea where do I waste all my c. I buy no eq or maps and I make my linking of gear only with self dropped/daily traded jews and fus. Yet all c are gone. I don't roll maps with C, thankfully I have a lot of them so if alch goes bad I just alch another. Mystery.
