Will Reflects Physical Damage ever be useful?

I took Diablo 3 a few years but they finally managed to make Thorns damage work with the Crusader and it actually became a pretty OP build. Just wondering if this useless stat can be made to work in PoE? Obviously it will be worthless against Elemental mobs but maybe they can work in something where your Reflect Damage is added to your own Attacks or something like that.

It already is useful, if you have the right unique :)
