What's wrong with Rallying Cry?

Rallying Cry has two uses:
1. mana regen. FLAT mana regen. it is INSANE bonus on builds on a build with high % mana regen. undervalued because most players do not understnd how mana managemt works and they do everything to bypass it with crutches 2. Mind over Matter. Spirited Response threshold jewel (3 of them or 2 + some items) make MoM 100% reliable 30% damage reduction. again undervalued due to players not understanding that interaction MoM + Rallying Cry + Spirited Response + Fortify makes you VERY tanky for the low price of casting it manualy once per 10 seconds. if people are lazy enough to ignore it.. well. | |

" It isn't really as much about Rallying cry as with people not using MoM in general even when they easily can. Beats me why.
