my evasion is so high i only insta rip sometimes
----- Bug Fixes: People were using cyclone for actual melee builds, so we nerfed it and made blade vortex. Also, we went ahead and made cyclone great for CoC casters while we were at it. |

Weapons don't scale very well. Only reason my max block lacerate scion got past level 70 was because I found a 2.5 ex corsair sword with an earlier character. And even then damage output isn't that great despite me already skipping on survivability.
