Core map can't be completed

I think this may be a known issue, but here's a debug report nonetheless:



We beat the first phase of Piety (downing her to 50% health) and after getting Malachai to 50% as well and trying to kill Piety afterwards her health got stuck at 0% and the fight didn't progress further. Malachai stays invincible and Piety just doesn't do anything.

For future cases, teleport out, teleport back in, wait in grace period, the fight will progress. I know this is still a bug, but you can help yourself in palace dominus fight for example w the method.
