My Taste of Hate Sapphire Flask has disappeared

I was in a map, and when I used the pot, it just disappeared, I looked if I dropped it by miss click, but I don't found it anymore. And i was in a map, it's impossible to sell it, or to destroy by dropping.
Already searched using Acquisition.
