My other account got locked

Dear GGG, my other account was locked after downloading a patch, and it's telling me I'm playing from a different location and everything, when I am playing on the same exact IP, I just moved rooms in my house. And it won't send me an unlock code, and I can't log in on the website, it just says my account is locked. I've sent 2 emails to support and no replies back in 78 hours.
