ES Shield crafting worth it?

Hey guys, i got this T1/T2 (ES) + T2 (all res) shield, so an open prefix for ES-hybrid, i wonder if this is a shield which is worth slamming exa or mastercrafting? i never did this before so i would like to hear a professional opinion
