Died whit shaper orb tier 1 to standard and cant get new one?

Unless you've already used your T1 Shaper's Orb in Essence HC, it should drop again from Enticer of Rot in Spider Forest. Make sure you're doing a rare version of the map, otherwise the Shaper's Orb won't drop.
