I find it in the stash, I do not know when i take it. Do I get the +30% bonus? If i try to vendor, it gives same 1/5 scroll. EDIT: it halso has blue background like any unid item. No different than any other Offering to the Goddess. Some kind of bug since patch 2.4.1 applied. Shouldn't make any difference when you run it.
