Sacrifice Fragments don't count for map quantity anymore ?

Do you know whether it is bugged not displaying or bugged not working yet?

They're not granting map quantity bonuses at all. Unfortunately, it isn't just a display issue. I've added this to the known issues thread for now.

Oh, also, this includes Mortal fragments, Prophecy fragments and Guardian fragments.
