If I recall correctly, GGG confirmed it was real and it was some kind of bug (replaced wisdom scrolls with unique drops, perhaps?). Need game info? As long as I remember it was fake. If you look closely there's even an identified item in between. Also, a pack of mobs will hardly drop such an amount of wisdoms, no matter the quantity.
