No Malachai Reward in merciless

I joined a party to kill Malachai yesterday but missed picking up an organ (or 2?). I gave Piety one (or 2) organs & had to get a tp in to the fight. We completed the quest but I got no reward.

I just now got done killing all 3 guardians + malachai, no organs, no reward.
