How much DPS do you think you would have if you did a physical build? (Maybe if you just switch your gems linked to ancestral warchief)
Also, I would suggest using Daresso's Passion as an offhand (if you don't have doryani's). It is almost as good as it gives +80% increased damage and 30 crit multiplier and only costs a chaos or less. Lastly, it does seem like your DPS is very good, but I would think the tooltip DPS is way off. Tooltip DPS uses your offhand damage when it shouldn't, correct? I wonder what the real DPS should be - probably higher? | |

if use physical dmg, then i cant use shock on all mobs.
And elem build it is easier to raise. See, i have 88.5% elem dmg of total dps. So, catalyst increased 125% elem dmg, this is the same as 110% increased physical dmg. Elem dmg has a lot of different multipliers. Hatred, herald ash, add fire dmg, WED. . ========================================================== ========================================================== . For calucalate your rly DPS, u mast do -> precc "C" and placed totem: . ((min combine dmg main hand + max comdine dmg main hand) / 2 * attack per second) = X (100 - your crit change main hand) / 100 = C1 X * C1 = Y X * your crit change main hand / 100 = C2 C2 * your crit multipl / 100 = Z (100 - your chance hit) / 100 = T (Y + Z) * T = rly DPS each totem. . After doing some testing, I think you are right - elemental damage should be better than physical. The shock without vaal lightning trap is a nice bonus in addition to the higher damage. If so much of your damage is elemental, why donn't you use more passives in the templar part of the tree, rather than the right side? I think the celestial judgement/punshiment and galvanic hammer (which someone else mentioed - I use doryani in main hand and daresso passion in off hand). Basically get more of the elemental dmg/ele dmg with weapons passives. Also if you use 2 doryani, does your dps go up higher? I cannot try since i can't afford two :C But i would be sad without whirling blades so I dont know if i would switch even if DPS was higher. | |

If you get gloves with curse on hit, it will only be hits from yourself not your totems though right? How will you apply the curse? Whirling blades?

Doryan catalyst have bad base crit chance, so doryan its very good support weap in off hand. in the right hand should be very good base crit chance (7.5+) and 275 PDS+
Now in poe.trade have 50+ dagger / claw / one-hand swoer where base crit 7.5 and pDPS 275+ . Galvanic hammer its bad passive, because need 6 point. Its a lot :( Where i take 6 point. . Yes dual doryan its very good boost dmg for budget variable, but then lost mobility. . I want equip facebreaker where corupt "curse elem weakness on hit". Its work on totem.
