So, I'm trying to make a bow wielding marauder. My previous character was a witch. I can't buy important gems like barrage from the vendors. I've got all the masters in my hideout (except Leo) and for the past 4 days they haven't had a single useful gem for sale that I can't get at a vendor.
Currently waiting 23 hours 30 minutes to play again so I can try again with masters, otherwise I would be playing now. We fight to delay the end because it's the means that matter. Last bumped on Sep 28, 2016, 8:54:20 AM

2 most obvious solutions:
1) Use poe.trade 2) Make a ranger or something to buy the gems. You just need to rush through Act 1 then you can buy barrage. Both of these will take a lot less time than 23 hours 30 minutes. There is also a third solution that lots of people often use: 3) Stand next to Nessa in Act 1 and ask in local chat if someone can buy barrage for you.
