Blade vortex is underpowered

I think that blade vortex needs at least 100% damage buff , the nerf in 2.4 is too much in my opinion, also give it more AoE,and more AoE , and more damege , and more AoE this skill is not viable sence 2.4, at all. Buff it.

It should instantly get full charges. Permanent uptime is crap when I have to cast them first otherwise this would take to much time when changing instances.

Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.

" Oh hell why not, hitting a mob with BV spreads BV stacks to that mob also. my evasion is so high i only insta rip sometimes ----- Bug Fixes: People were using cyclone for actual melee builds, so we nerfed it and made blade vortex. You forgot to mention it should always crit and has cast on crit and refils flasks on crit built in.
