Kongming's smoke cloud mechanics

What's the duration on smoke clouds created by Kongming's Stratagem? Is it the same as that of smoke clouds created by other sources (Saboteur, stibnite flask, etc.)?

Are smoke clouds affected by area of effect increases on the tree? How about skill duration ones? (Because I think they should last a bit more.)
