Ascendant Inquisitor Consecrated does not work

So, the issue here is that On Kill effects are credited to the totem, as the totem is the killer. Ideally, this should then credit the owner of the totem with the kill (and subsequently have a 20% chance to spawn consecrated ground). This is not currently working and has been confirmed as a bug.

I'm not sure on a time-frame for a fix, but it's something we're aware of.
