" Herald of Ice gives my BV cold-damage. If so, I would have to convert just the actual Herald damage somehow. Horrible content-creator and memelord.

What is your HoI tooltip while you are killing stuff (so you have full charges and ascendancy stuff active).

nice to see this build come back from the dead with a new twist! Had much fun playing the old blaster and certainly will give this a shot.
Getting harvest in essence will be a pain, but oh well! | |
