Offhand weapon spectral spirits don't automatically appear until you unequip/reequip

I love these neat free SRS things granted by the Essence of Insanity, but as the title says, the ones in the offhand weapon don't show up until I reequip the offhand weapon. Last bumped on Sep 28, 2016, 10:23:28 PM

Searched Bug forum for "spectral spirits" and only seeing my topic. Just bumping to try to make sure a dev sees it.
