Build Help - Tanky Juggernaut

Skills: Earthquake - Fortify - Melee Physical Damage - Less Duration - Blood Magic Warlords Mark - Blasphemy - Herald of Ash - Vitality Cast When Damage Taken - Immortal Call - Increased Duration Enduring Cry - Blood Rage The plan is to always have a max End charges up for damage mitigation and a super-long Immortal Call, which is achieved by Warlords Mark and Enduring Cry. Blood Rage is extra damage and leech. I'm using Blood Magic on my attack skill as Blasphemy + Herald of Ashes + Vitality reserves 95% of my mana so there's not enough left to spend on attack skills. As I have not started this character yet, pretty much everything can be changed. I'd prefer to stay Juggernaut over going Gladiator as I already have a Duelist in this league.
