This was my build two leagues ago in Perandus and I still use the character down in Standard. It still works pretty well despite the Voltaxic nerf. Look her up, Lady_Selour.

Meh casual standard budget build :D
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

This build is just now being showcased? Volley Fire poison barrage has been used for some time now. Good build but not exactly revolutionary.
