If you have elemental equilibrium, wouldn't molten shell hurt RF's damage?

Should the Enduring Cry and Summon Stone Golem gems be switched? Wouldn't it be better if Enduring Cry was trigger on hit; because I can freely cast the golem before getting into fights. But currently I have to cast Enduring Cry and it is taking a critical couple of seconds each time while fighting.
Still, I'm not quite 65 yet, but I have a Rise of the Pheonix waiting when I do. UPDATE: So apparently CWDT no longers procs Calls. So manual activation it is. Last edited by Mythiasis on Jan 22, 2017, 12:53:31 AM
