Procurement checks to see if you are afk and sets your status as offline, this is to prevent poe.trade showing dozens of people as online who are actually afk or offline.

If you edit your data.xml, you'll see there's a section for Divination cards, add the new ones in there and they'll show up.

I'll update when I'm able to do the next release.
