Voidheart and divine orb

If i use a divine orb on a voidheart right now, will it retain the legacy mods or will it be given the new ones? Logic tells me it should remain since the patch hasn't come out yet, but I want to be sure before potentially "ruining" it

Patch 2.4 has not occurred yet, so you can safely divine to get a better roll.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
