I just sunk a ton of ex into a cast speed discharge juggernaut that worked with the synergy of voll's ammy, Romira's ring and juggernaut ascendancy now because of how the nerfs came about its not even possible to do a non crit self cast discharge that's end game viable... (was fun while it lasted)
